- [Gold Medal Examination 2024 - Sunday School](https://salemmarthomachurch.com/gold-medal-examination-2024-sunday-school/): The toppers of the 2023 Senior Class Birudhu Exam from all the dioceses were invited by the Mar Thoma Sunday School Samajam to appear for the Gold Medal Examination. Our student Jessica Eliza Samu of Senior class, topper in the Ernakulam Centre and second in the Kottayam – Kochi Diocese gave the exam and received the First Prize at the exam. CONGRATULATIONS dear Jessica Mol! His Grace Rt. Rev. Dr. Mathews Mar Makarios Episcopa presented the Gold Medal to her.

- [Suvishesha Sevika Sangham Day](https://salemmarthomachurch.com/suvishesha-sevika-sangham-day/): September 1-8 was celebrated as Sevika Sangham Week. During the week, Sevika Sangham members visited the aged and sick members of our parish in all areas. Mrs. Raji Kochamma and Mrs. Anila Kochamma also accompanied the members in their house visits. September 8th was observed as Sevika Suvishesha Sangham Day. Sermon was delivered by Mrs. Raji Boby Kochamma on the theme “Women Witnesses of the Gospel”. During the day, Sevika Sangham members took leadership in the church service. Also, Sevika Sangham members sang the “Sevika Sangham Day Song” on that day.

Rev. Boby Philip hoisted the ag and addressed the gathering. The celebration was organised by the Yuvajana Sakhyam of the church.

SCF currently has 136 registered members. All our Salem Senior Citizens are welcome to join and be a part of our fellowship activities and be blessed. We regularly arrange different programmes in our meetings for the benefit of our Seniors. Meditation and breathing exercise session was conducted by Rev. There were Singing, Elocution and Essay Writing competitions for Intermediate, Senior and Young Adult classes.
